PGSO is an independent mechanical and electrical consultancy working with commercial property portfolios across the UK. We produce asset registers, condition reports and lifecycle plans for owners, operators and facilities teams, on projects ranging from single buildings to the seventeen-building asset collection and condition survey delivered at Battersea Power Station.
Independence matters more than it sounds: we do not install or maintain the plant we assess, so our judgement on whether an asset should be repaired or replaced carries no commercial interest in the answer. Alongside survey and reporting work we provide drone, thermal imaging and 360-degree building surveys, X-ray and detection equipment surveys, and continuous condition monitoring through PGSO Sync.
