We supported JCA with the asset validation & condition reporting for one of their premier clients in the heart of London.   

We supported Mitie with the asset collection for one of their very large national distribution clients. Attending multiple sites up and down the country.  We provided the required information in their format so it could seamlessly slot into their work stream.    

We have provided project management for a number of Integrals clients.

Client 1 - Project management of asset collection across 1600 sites (Banking)

Client 2 - Project management of asset collection across 1480 sites (Pharmaceutical) 

Client 3 - Project management of asset collection across 450 sites (Charity)

Client 4 - Project management of asset collection across 45 sites (Utilities)

We carried out the full asset validation for 2 large London schools which lead to us carrying out the in depth asset collection and asset tagging providing the information into the CAFM upload format. Working with the site teams for access during school holidays and weekends to minimise any disruption to the schools.

We were tasked with carrying out gap analysis comparing the data collected from the asset collection projects to what was tendered against.  Providing the data in an easy to read format and presenting to Integral and their client.  

We designed and supplied many 000's of asset labels for the asset collection projects.  Discussing the designs with Integral and their clients and then getting the agreed labels printed and delivered to the teams.

We have attended regular meetings with Integral and their clients discussing the projects and the data collected.  

We have produced the full tender paperwork and run the successful tendering of a number of high end sites for Tila Commercial

We carried out the full inspection of the plant rooms in a number of buildings.  Photographic PDFs produced showing the condition of the plant and any recommendations

We carried out the full inspection of the M&E assets across to very large school sites.  Producing a detailed asset list and a photographic PDF condition report. 

We carried out the a number of detailed high resolution drone surveys  for Defluo.
