From client work: in the course of surveys and consultancy we hold the names, job

titles and business contact details of client staff and site contacts, and

correspondence relating to the engagement. Survey photography records buildings and

plant, not people, and we do not deliberately photograph individuals.

WHY WE COLLECT IT, AND OUR LAWFUL BASIS

To respond to enquiries. Lawful basis: legitimate interests, in replying to someone who

has contacted us.

To provide our services and manage the engagement. Lawful basis: performance of a

contract, or legitimate interests where the contract is with the individual's employer.
