About PGSO: Independent Mechanical and Electrical Consultancy

PGSO is an independent mechanical and electrical consultancy working with commercial property portfolios, operational estates and complex building environments across the UK. Established in 2020, the practice produces asset registers, condition reports and lifecycle plans for owners, operators and facilities teams, including a seventeen-building asset collection and condition survey across Battersea Power Station, and asset tagging and condition reporting for Derwent London.

We do not install or maintain the plant we assess. That independence is the point: our judgement on whether an asset should be repaired or replaced carries no commercial interest in the answer, and our reports are written to be used in capital planning rather than to generate follow-on work.
