Full asset collection & condition reporting (Phase 1,2,3&6)

Our client had just won the tender for the whole site, and needed accurate up to date asset data and condition reporting.    This 3 month survey was a great win for PGSO.

Areas covered were.  (All common areas, plant rooms, riser cupboards, public areas) 

- 17 Buildings

- Basement -3 all the way up to 18th floor

Close to 540k steps on the stepometer!

Each Phase had an asset collection spreadsheet and a Photographic condition report produced.  

This was a really interesting project, at such an iconic property.  

It was great to see how well it was run, with a real team effort by all staff on site.
