Energy performance in commercial buildings is mostly decided by plant that is already installed: how it is controlled, how well it is maintained, and how close it is to the end of its life. PGSO approaches energy from that direction rather than as a modelling exercise.

We arrange and manage statutory Energy Performance Certificates and TM44 air conditioning inspections through accredited energy assessors, and integrate the findings into your condition report and lifecycle plan rather than leaving you with a standalone compliance certificate.

Where consumption data is needed, sub-metering through PGSO Sync measures energy where it is actually used, so cost and consumption can be attributed to systems and areas instead of estimated across a whole building.

The same asset and condition data supports carbon planning. Knowing what plant you have, what condition it is in and when it is due for replacement is what makes a credible reduction plan possible, rather than a target with no route to it.
